3) Place the feeder on a flat, stable surface; tilting can hinder the auger.

Question 2: Can’t Connect to WiFi or App

1) Verify the WiFi password is entered correctly

2) Ensure the WiFi router is within 30 feet of the feeder

3) Press and hold the reset button to reset the device and check if it powers on normally

Question 3: Inaccurate Feeding Portions
