How do I choose the right size? My dog is between sizes—what should I do?

Measure chest girth at the widest point behind the front legs and match it to our size chart. If between sizes, choose the next size up. Breed and weight are only guides—chest measurement determines correct fit.

How do I put it on, and why is the reflective chest strap “backwards” “inside-to-outside”?

Thread the front chest strap through the metal loop from inside to outside, then secure the hook-and-loop. This design prevents the hook material from rubbing or catching fur when the strap folds

Does this vest include patches? What if something is missing?

Yes. Your vest includes removable Service Dog patches. If anything is missing, message us through Amazon and we will resolve it quickly. Patches attach securely using hook-and-loop.

Will it be comfortable for grown puppies, and how should it fit?

Adjust to a snug fit—you should fit 1–2 fingers under the straps. Keep straps clear of the armpits and do not overtighten. If your dog measures between sizes or is still growing, choose the next size up.

Is the handle/D-ring for lifting my dog or for pulling?

Use the D-ring for leash attachment and the top handle for close control only—not for lifting full body weight. Before use, ensure buckles and straps are threaded correctly and fully secured.
