It is not suitable for large dogs whose big muzzles may tip it over, or extra-small dogs for whom the bowl is too deep and wide.Measure Dimensions for Proper Fit: We recommend placing the bowl directly on the floor for use. The bowl also fits elevated feeder with opening diameter between 7.15” / 18.2cm and 7.7” / 19.6cm. If you need to place the bowl on an elevated feeding stand, please measure the dimensions carefully to ensure it fits your stand properly.Detachable Floating Disk: The plastic floating disk is designed to be detachable. It is normal for water to enter the inside of the floating disk. Please regularly disassemble and clean it to ensure its proper function. If you find it difficult to open the floating disk, you can also try using a flat-edged, blunt tool (such as a plastic spatula) to carefully pry up one side of the disk to create a small gap, then slowly lift it off.Usage & Safety Warning: Do not drop, collide or contact sharp objects to avoid bowl body damage and subsequent water leakage. If the bowl is found to have cracks, chips or other damages, please do not use it.
