2. Low suction at brush end? It is NORMAL, as our suction is to pull the pet hairs from brush comb teeth only, not directly from pet body which is harmful.

3. [How to repair a loose or broken off cuff]:If hose cuff is off, add a little bit PVC cement (like PVC purple primer + PVC Pipe Cement). Use left hand thumb to slide into the loose cuff to hold the middle ring. Use right hand to rotate the elastic hose in. Rotate it counter clockwise, until the hose reaches the end. Pull the hose to check

Pet gets nervous? If your pet is nervous when vacuum is in use, try grooming with the vacuum cleaner off. You can entertain them with a treat when grooming.

Turn the vacuum cleaner off. Groom your pets until fur is built up on our Vacuum Grooming Brush. Make your dog comfortable with vacuum noise by grooming them with a treat, just like you do the shower for them.Turn the vacuum cleaner on to have hair vacuum away. Turn the vacuum on and press the trigger to have hair vacuum away by your vacuum cleaner. You can also do your dog grooming in a smaller locker room so the pet has no way to escape.Repeat until all excess hair is removed. Turn the vacuum off and repeat the process until your pet is thoroughly groomed. With repeated use, your pet will be trained to accept and enjoy the process.
